Libby Amirault
Pastor of Congregational Care
Libby joined the MBC team in 2020. She oversees visitation, and our ministry of hospitality to those new to MBC. Libby (like Pastor Danny) hails from the small village of Shag Harbour, NS. She gave her life to Jesus as a young child and has delighted in serving Him all her days. She will continue to serve Him and you as your Pastor of Congregational Care.
Libby and her husband George retired to the beautiful Annapolis Valley in 2006 after serving in the Canadian Armed Forces for over 32 years, living all over Canada and even a tour in Germany. They have three grown children, all married, and six grandchildren who are their pride and joy.
Her passion in life is to see people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. It is this passion that led her and George to become Gideons (now ShareWord Global); and in that capacity she has been on 10 mission trips, and is currently leading Go Trips (mission trips). A few other things she enjoys doing are: Precept Bible Studies, quilting, and reading, probably in that order.
